Задачи • Own the product roadmap for Peru by understanding customer and user problems, identifying opportunities, setting priorities, and deciding what to build • Design intuitive experiences for complex operational, data, and compliance workflows across the web platform and native Android application • Prototype and implement production-quality features across web and Android using AI-native development tools • Work directly with cooperatives and field teams, gather feedback, support accounts, and improve products based on what you learn • Drive adoption and growth by understanding feature usage and experimenting with ways to increase engagement • Own the full product loop from research and prioritisation through design, implementation, rollout, support, measurement, and iteration • Collaborate with engineers on backend, infrastructure, and technically complex problems while retaining ownership of the overall product experience • Build reusable components and patterns to support expansion into other Latin American markets • Use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to explore, prototype, build,…
