About The Role

Head our data and analytics function covering data engineering, analytics, and BI. You'll build the data team, develop data strategy, and ensure the organization makes data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics strategy • Manage data engineering and analytics teams • Build data infrastructure and platforms • Define KPIs and metrics framework • Report to senior management • Drive data-driven culture • Partner with product and business teams • Implement data governance

Requirements

• 8+ years in data and analytics • 5+ years of leadership experience • Deep technical knowledge (SQL, Python, data tools) • Strong strategic and analytical thinking • Gaming or tech company experience required • Excellent stakeholder management • Experience building data teams • Strong communication skills
