React Developer

Задачи • Write clean, performant, and maintainable code • Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members, including junior engineers • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver customer experiences • Participate in and conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards • Improve the codebase by identifying opportunities for refactoring and optimization • Independently own and deliver the frontend part of small to medium features without peer consultation • Follow engineering best practices, including testing expectations, shared patterns, and documentation • Communicate across team disciplines to move the team’s work forward • Contribute to team processes, including code reviews, estimation, technical specification planning, requirements definition, and retrospectives • Author technical specification plans for roadmap projects and collaborate with teammates on delivery plans • Mentor junior teammates on code implementation, design reviews, and software engineering and Agile practices • Explain the team’s React and TypeScript frameworks to other engineers • Collaborate with product managers to deliver projects on time and with quality • Explain how applications are structured, built, and deployed to other engineers • Learn the team’s target customer base and their common application use cases • Understand all aspects of the web application, including its modules, less common use cases, and…
