Senior Platform Engineer Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office Salary: Up to £90,000 + 10% cash benefit + 10% non-contributory pension + discretionary bonus About the Role We are recruiting for a Senior Platform Engineer to join a technology team within a Tier 1 banking organisation. This is a hands-on platform engineering role focused on building, automating and continuously improving secure, scalable and highly available cloud platforms. Essential Experience To be considered, you will need: 10+ years' experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure or DevOps Strong, hands-on Azure experience – essential Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience – essential, ideally AKS Strong hands-on Terraform / Infrastructure as Code – essential Experience building and managing production cloud infrastructure Strong CI/CD experience Experience with cloud networking and security Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery and high availability Experience with monitoring and observability Ability to work 1 day per week in the London office Candidates without strong hands-on Azure, Kubernetes and Terraform experience will not be considered.
