How You Will Make an Impact:

• Understand business needs and translate them into clear IT and data requirements • Facilitate meetings/workshops and engage stakeholders across Business, Data, and Technology teams • Investigate processes, analyze data, define transformation rules, mappings, and business logic • Document functional, non-functional and data requirements for system implementation • Ensure data quality and assist in metadata and requirements management • Collaborate with system analysts, data engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions together • Continuously improve processes and suggest optimizations • Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and other teams involving functional / technical lead if needed Organize requirement discussions if needed and ensure clarity of required information and documentation • Raise a question in advance about defining stakeholders and impacted areas – coordinate impact assessment with other areas • Define and maintain requirement templates and delivery artefacts (business requests)
