For our R&D Centre, located at AREA Science Park in Trieste, we are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our Research & Innovation department.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead innovation projects focused on data analysis from production lines, development trials, and mathematical modeling. • Analyze and correlate process parameters with finished product quality. • Support development teams in leveraging AI technologies to optimize formulations and production processes. • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Research & Innovation teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

Your profile:

• Advanced skills in data analytics, machine learning, and the application of artificial intelligence to business and industrial processes. • Experience in integrating, managing, and analyzing data generated from research activities, experimental trials, and product development projects. • Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and related production technologies is considered as an advantage. • Familiarity with MES and SCADA systems, as well as the collection and processing of data from industrial plants, is preferred. • Good knowledge of the English language.
