Sentinel are working closely with a globally renowned gaming and entertainment organisation, they are looking for a Staff Analyst to lead a complex, high-impact exploration on how analytics and hypothesis development are conducted across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead exploration of complex, ambiguous problem spaces across multiple teams • Identify high-impact opportunities and drive clarity in areas with incomplete or evolving business requirements. • Lead development of advanced analytical prototypes and exploratory models • Ensure insights are actionable, decision-oriented, and aligned to business priorities. • Work closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to ensure a strong pipeline of well-defined opportunities • Support teams in navigating complex transitions from exploration to experimentation

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience in analytics, data science and proven experience leading complex, ambiguous analytical problem spaces across teams or domains • Strong expertise in exploratory analysis, hypothesis development, and data-driven decision support • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R • Ideally you will also have worked with generative or agentic AI-enabled tools with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, strategic insights
