Salary: circa £55-62,000 depending on skills and experience

About The Role

To lead the development, governance and continuous improvement of health, safety and security reporting, data, dashboards and IT systems across Southern Water. The role will ensure HSSW systems are effective, reliable, user-friendly and aligned to business, regulatory and governance requirements, enabling clear insight, strong assurance, better decision-making and improved safety and security outcomes for colleagues, customers, assets and the wider business.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Own and continuously improve HSSW reporting processes, ensuring accurate, timely and consistent reporting for operational teams, senior leaders, Executive governance forums and Board-level requirements. • Lead the development and maintenance of HSSW dashboards, management information and insight products, including leading and lagging indicators, risk trends, assurance findings, incident data, action tracking and programme progress. •…
