Associate Technical Designer – Sleepwear

Full-time | 4 days in office, 1 day remote per week

Lunya is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Technical Designer to support the development of our sleepwear collections. This role brings together technical precision and an appreciation for thoughtful design, comfort, and quality.

Working closely with senior technical team members, Design, Product Development, and external factories, the Associate Technical Designer will contribute to the development of comfortable, well-constructed sleepwear that reflects the design intent.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical design or apparel development, preferably supporting sleepwear, loungewear, or intimate apparel. • Strong understanding of garment construction, measurements, and fit, with knowledge of knit and woven fabrics. • Working knowledge of patternmaking and grading; familiarity with Lectra is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SharePoint is a plus. • Experience preparing garment specifications, measuring samples, and documenting fit corrections. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, organized technical records. • Clear communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external factories. • Ability to manage multiple styles, prioritize tasks, and meet development deadlines. • Familiarity with…
