You & your role

You are an AI Engineer with a Data background and strong product mindset. Starting with GitHub Copilot, you combine hands-on expertise, user needs, and data-driven insights to help engineering teams get more value from Coding Assistants, measure their impact, and safely scale adoption across Rabobank.

• Accelerate the adoption of Coding Assistants by helping engineering teams integrate tools such as GitHub Copilot into their daily way of working. • Demonstrate the value of Agentic Engineering through hands-on experiments and proofs of concept with engineering teams. • Measure adoption and impact by defining relevant KPIs, building dashboards, and turning insights into…
