ERP Data Analytics & Insights Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA | Mesa, AZ | Chaska, MN Reporting To: Manager, Corporate ERP Systems

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented ERP Data Analytics & Insights Analyst to help drive better, faster decision-making across SRC.

This role will strengthen our data management foundation, unlock value through automation and AI, and improve overall data quality. The analyst will be embedded within the ERP team while partnering cross-functionally across departments.

Initially, the role will focus on balancing data cleanup and proactive data quality improvements (approximately 50/50).

Key Responsibilities

· Provide guidance on data management best practices, data architecture, and process optimization to enhance overall data integrity · Investigate data process & quality issues across individual, departmental, and end-to-end process levels in partnership with product managers, developers, and business analysts to determine root causes and implement sustainable solutions · Partner with business analysts and training teams to ensure documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials effectively address root cause issues · Test, validate, and execute data corrections while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and auditability · Audit and validate data following system migrations or updates to ensure integrity, completeness, and reliability · Define and establish key performance indicators…
