Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure, platform, operational, and service data to identify performance trends, operational risks, capacity constraints, and optimization opportunities across enterprise technology environments. • Develop and maintain infrastructure health, reliability, availability, performance, and capacity KPIs, delivering actionable insights that improve resiliency and operational excellence. • Partner with Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Operations, SRE, and Technology Leadership teams to drive data-informed decisions that enhance service stability and technology outcomes. • Provide analytical support for infrastructure design and modernization initiatives, evaluating scalability, resiliency, utilization, performance, and cost impacts of architectural decisions. • Design and implement anomaly detection, trend analysis, and root cause investigation…
