The Opportunity:

• You will support a growing custom geospatial database environment by creating and managing database objects, constraints, dependencies, relationships, and both traditional and large object storage structures and interpret new requirements and identify solutions to meet those requirements. • In addition, you will be supporting the design and integration of multiple ESRI, ARCGIS, and messaging applications into a common centralized database configuration. • You must have expertise in SQL tuning and a basic understanding of XML technologies, as well as be able to demonstrate the capability to effectively utilize customer support from vendor companies.

Responsibilities:

• You must have a strong understanding of geospatial database schema object management, data modeling and architecture. • You will leverage your experience and knowledge to provide advice to the software development team and support the application support team throughout the staging and production cycle through the software development lifecycle (LDC), implement and troubleshoot triggers, views, stored procedures and data integrity constraints, and identify and troubleshoot database issues. • You should possess the ability to analyze,…
