Power BI/SQL Developer

AVER is seeking a Power BI / SQL Developer to support healthcare data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting solutions. This role combines hands-on Power BI development with strong SQL data analysis and reporting capabilities. The Developer will design and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, develop semantic data models, write complex SQL queries and scripts, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources to support operational, clinical, and management decision-making. Reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting, this individual will work with internal and external datasets to develop reliable, user-friendly BI solutions that improve visibility into key performance metrics, quality outcomes, and healthcare operations.
