Your Role

This role will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of student and membership platforms.

The role holder will have expertise in business process analysis, system configurations, data management, and integrations within educational or membership-based environments. They will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, enhance platform capabilities, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to define business requirements for MS Dynamics 365 and LMS platforms. • Analyse existing student/membership platforms and recommend enhancements or new solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture business processes and system needs. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including process flows, use cases, and user stories

Technical Solution & System Integration
