The Job:

As a IT Director, Payroll and Time & Attendance Technology, you’ll be part of our IT team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:

• Responsible partnering with HR & Payroll for the strategy, delivery, integration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms that enable payroll, workforce management, timekeeping, and attendance tracking across a global manufacturing organization. This role leads the technology capabilities supporting UKG Workforce Manager and ADP Payroll, and a breadth of technologies globally – ensuring reliable, compliant, and scalable operations for both hourly and salaried employee populations. • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and external vendors to deliver solutions that support complex manufacturing environments.
