What You Will Be Doing

You will join our Corporate Channels team, developing data-driven solutions that empower customers through enhanced self-service and channel capabilities. Working with dedicated and collaborative colleagues, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with engineers and product teams, and continuously assess emerging technologies to create scalable, secure solutions aligned with compliance requirements.

• Define and implement data science strategies for Generative AI initiatives • Fine-tune and customise pre-trained Generative AI models for specific objectives • Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems for business value • Assess and improve AI solutions by identifying biases and quality challenges • Design and manage frameworks for experiment tracking and model evaluation • Analyse complex datasets to uncover insights for business decisions • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI
