What You Will Be Doing

As an Experienced Business Analyst with focus on UX/UI you will act as a UI/UX Workstream Lead, and you will play a key role in shaping a coherent, accessible and trusted experience across the new Workday HCM platform. You will work across programme workstreams and stakeholder groups to ensure that solution and process decisions come together into a consistent end-to-end experience for employees, managers, candidates, recruiters, HR Services and other users. • Lead the UI/UX Workstream and drive overall delivery, priorities and stakeholder alignment • Ensure a coherent and consistent end-to-end user experience across Workday processes and user groups • Provide independent experience guidance across programme workstreams and challenge decisions that may create fragmented user journeys • Drive accessibility requirements and ensure they are considered, validated and evidenced throughout the implementation • Partner with stakeholders to align expectations with Workday capabilities, limitations and implementation decisions • Promote consistent experience and accessibility principles across the programme
