Senior Business Analyst

Salary: AUD 150000 - 160000 per annum

About The Role As a Senior Business Analyst, your first priority is owning the redevelopment of the client portal end to end: replacing the current mobile only portal with a web based platform accessible on desktop and mobile, resolving underlying data quality issues, and improving the client experience & reducing customer support.

Business owners rely on the Senior BA to shape solutions, so you'll form a considered view on what should be built, argue for it, and secure agreement, rather than capturing what you're told. You'll also own the team's operating rhythm for the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities
