Python Engineer (AI/LLM)

Salary: SGD 6000 - 10000 per month, AWS

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement) Working Location: Central Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS Employment Type: Full Time Contract (1 year renewable with chances of conversion)

We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable backend services, APIs and data-processing capabilities. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python. • Manage backend feature development across design, implementation, testing, deployment and production support. • Build integrations with internal platforms, external systems and third-party services. • Develop AI-powered backend capabilities, including document ingestion, retrieval and knowledge-processing services. • Build and maintain reliable data-processing pipelines. • Work with relational and non-relational databases to support scalable and resilient systems. • Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, observability and performance. • Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices across testing, CI/CD, security and maintainability. • Collaborate with product, engineering, UX and external partner teams. • Contribute to improvements in platform architecture and…
