IT Administrator

Salary: £29,000 - 46,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, IT Support Technician or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard office software • Hands-on experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware • Familiarity with Active Directory, user management and access control • Experience with backup and disaster recovery procedures • Sound understanding of network basics and connectivity protocols • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize time effectively • Excellent communication skills and a patient approach to user support • Relevant IT qualifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or ITIL, or equivalent experience • Desirable: Experience with cloud services such as Office 365, Microsoft Azure or Google Workspace • Desirable: Knowledge of ticketing or help desk management systems • Desirable: Familiarity with virtualization technologies or basic server administration • Desirable: Experience with mobile device management or remote support tools

Responsibilities:
