Netflix Animation Studios (NAS) is Netflix's in-house feature animation studio, delivering the exceptional artistry behind big hits like Leo, KPop Demon Hunters, and The Sea Beast.

Media Science DSE is hiring for an embedded role to stand up our data science capability within NAS. How well NAS plans for and manages its growing slate and workforce has a direct impact on the creative and financial success of its films. As a Data Scientist, you'll construct and execute the roadmap for analysis, models, and data products that connect finance, production, and people data into a single system empowering slate planning, operational forecasting, and strategic decision-making for the Studio. You'll work directly with NAS leadership across Studio Operations and Production to architect the robust data foundations NAS needs to scale its slate with confidence.
