Senior Manager (Data Analytics and Pricing)

Location: London, hybrid

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager to join a well-established insurance business in London on a hybrid basis.

This is a senior leadership role within a delegated authority environment, combining pricing, analytics, data governance and team management. You will lead a specialist team, provide insight into underwriting and product performance, and help strengthen the quality and use of data across the business.

Key responsibilities of the Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager include:

• Leading and developing the Pricing and Analytics team. • Overseeing pricing activity across delegated authority products. • Reviewing pricing models, commissions and analytical approaches. • Improving data quality, governance and reporting across underwriting and product teams. • Leading the development of MI dashboards and wider analytics initiatives. • Providing clear performance insight to senior stakeholders. • Supporting product reviews and ongoing monitoring activity. • Working closely with underwriting, product and other internal teams on pricing and data-led projects. • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful Senior DA Pricing & Analytics Manager will have:
