An opportunity to lead data, analytics and automation within a complex Finance Operations environment. You will shape the strategy across MI, RPA and emerging AI capabilities, leading technical teams while delivering measurable improvements across data, reporting and automation.

The Company

They are a large, established organisation investing in the continued evolution of their data and automation capabilities. Data plays a critical role in operational and financial decision-making, with a mature technology ecosystem already in place. They are now looking for a Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead the next stage of this journey.

The Role

As Senior Data Analytics Manager, you will:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across data, MI, reporting and RPA, providing strategic direction to senior team members. • Own the data and analytics strategy for Finance Operations, including a large-scale data ecosystem and complex semantic models. • Drive the evolution of automation, identifying opportunities for intelligent workflows and Agentic AI. • Develop analytics capabilities across Databricks, Power BI and AI-powered BI to deliver predictive and actionable insights. • Oversee the governance, performance and controls surrounding a substantial portfolio of live automated processes. • Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT and Operations to translate technical roadmaps into…
