Data and AI Manager

We are looking for a visionary designer for the future of Data & Artificial Intelligence at TGW! As a Data and AI Manager, you'll coordinate and orchestrate AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring that innovative ideas translate into measurable business value, operational excellence, and sustainable competitive advantage. In this key role, you will work closely with specialist departments, international stakeholders as well as customers and partners and make a significant contribution to establishing AI as a strategic success factor at TGW.

What you'll be handling:

• Coordinating and structuring AI initiatives within the company on a global scale • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance • Control of benefit assessment and tracking of the value creation of AI initiatives according to performance controlling standards • Promotion of AI-supported process optimizations and efficiency increases along the entire TGW value chain • Collaboration in the further development of a scalable, secure and AI-enabled database in close cooperation with the Data Intelligence team • Ensuring compliance with AI governance guidelines and Responsible AI principles
