As a Business Analyst at Lehigh County Authority (LCA) in Allentown, PA, you'll work directly, on site, with our CEO on the financial and strategic questions that shape water and wastewater service across Lehigh and Northampton counties.

This is a newly created role with real ownership attached to it, and is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants independence rather than a stack of routine tasks, and takes pride in translating complex financial information into something people can use.

What the Job Looks Like As a key financial and strategic resource for LCA's leadership team, you'll dig into the numbers behind our rates, our growth, and our biggest projects. Day to day you'll:

• Act as a thought partner to the CEO on emerging priorities, with the independence to take a project and run with it • Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting that give the CEO and Board real, current visibility into financial and operating performance • Partner with leadership to untangle complex revenue and cost-recovery questions, and help communicate those changes clearly to stakeholders • Lead analysis of water and wastewater rate structures, affordability…
