Operations Business Analyst

Job Description Summary:

NorthCoast Asset Management, is looking for a Operations Business Analyst to join their team. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Operations and Compliance. The Operations Business Analyst will play a key role in compiling, analyzing, and delivering data and reporting packages for the firm's parent company, third-party business partners, auditors, compliance providers, and senior management. The position will also support billing and revenue reporting processes, provide backup coverage for investment performance reporting, and assist with various operational initiatives. This role is fully in-office out of our Stamford, CT office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and prepare data requests for the firm's parent company, senior management, auditors, and third-party business partners • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders • Assist with operational due diligence, audit requests, and compliance reviews by gathering and validating supporting information • Support compliance initiatives through data collection, reconciliation, documentation, and reporting • Assist with client billing processes, fee calculations, accounts receivable tracking, and revenue reporting • Prepare and maintain operational and financial reporting dashboards and management reports • Coordinate with parent company finance, accounting, compliance, risk, and internal audit teams •…
