The Opportunity As the senior scientific authority within the AI and Data Science function, you will lead the development of innovative AI and ML solutions from concept through to production. You'll work closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and deliver measurable value. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. Drive the adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI approaches. Define evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, and model performance standards.
