The Product Manager supports a team of Product Analysts in the Medicare product bid filing, CMS-required materials, and other key deliverables of benefit and product content. Product Managers have an expert understanding of the MA Product portfolio across M&R and C&S. They define deliverables and manage the processes the Product Analyst team follows to complete their work. They provide direction and support to their team of analysts to achieve the goal of 100% accurate and on-time bid filing, materials, and content review.

Product Managers work with their leaders, business partners, and peers to align communication and expectations across the organization. They work with their leaders to support a common team operating model, through which all Product Analysts understand their role in the organization. They are accountable for continually evolving the team to meet business needs, given the constant changes required from the federal government and the broader organization.
