Senior Technical Product Owner

About the Role

The Technical Product Owner (TPO) for Salesforce (SFDC) and additional GTM Techstack: including Gong, Gainsight, Anaplan, Oracle, and related revenue technology integrations. This role is an Agile team specialist who bridges high level business goals with complex engineering execution. Where a standard Product Owner focuses primarily on the "What" and the "Why," this TPO also grooms the "How" across system architecture, API design, integration patterns, code feasibility, data integrity, and technical debt for the SFDC platform and its surrounding tool set, bringing recommendations to the business solution architect and team for final approval.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Engineering. The TPO will interact with key business stakeholders and must be a proactive innovator, discovering and creating improvements and evolutions across the GTM Techstack. The TPO then translates business needs into a well-groomed, technically sound backlog, partners closely with architects and developers, and makes informed tradeoffs between speed, scalability, and long term platform health.
