Tempus is on a mission to improve patient outcomes through data and technology. The Assay E2E team is critical to this mission — we drive the launch of new assays across a growing portfolio of tests by enabling operational excellence, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and scalable systems.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team, helping us meet the increasing volume and complexity of assay launches. You’ll partner closely with our internal operations teams — spanning order and sample intake, laboratory, bioinformatics, pathology, variant science and reporting — to build and refine workflows that ensure timely, high-quality launches.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional settings, enjoys translating ambiguous requirements into clear roadmaps, and is excited by the opportunity to own mission-critical launches from conception through delivery.
