Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern – 4 day shifts (07:00–19:00), 4 days off, 4 night shifts (19:00–07:00), 4 days off

Pay Rate: £15.85 per hour

Location: Quayside Shopping Centre, Salford Quays, Manchester, M50 3AH

Overview

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Security Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operation at Quayside, a busy shopping centre located in MediaCity, Manchester.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing the onsite security team and ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, colleagues and stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team, strong communication and organisational skills, and the confidence to lead security operations throughout their shift. A valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV Licence are both essential, along with good computer literacy and the ability to complete reports and maintain accurate records.
