Role Overview: We are seeking an AI Data Integration Engineer to support a healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company. The company is moving its legacy RCM platforms (MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex) onto a new central platform. You will build the data models, mappings, pipelines and data quality checks behind the migration. You will use AI/LLM tools every day to speed up mapping and catch data issues early. The ideal candidate is hands-on and comfortable working with legacy systems that have little documentation.

Key Responsibilities: - Build data models and source-to-target mapping specs from Practice Management (PM) systems such as MD Suite, PrognoCIS, CareTracker and Cortex to the new platform - Use AI/LLM tools to speed up schema mapping, field reconciliation and data quality checks - Design and build ETL pipelines and REST/SOAP APIs to move data into the new platform - Cleanse, structure and enrich source data into the required target format - Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production - Work closely with the AI Architect, product, engineering and operations teams - Maintain clear documentation of data models, mapping specs and pipeline configurations
