This role will define and drive the next generation of PTC ’s Service Engineering and Technical Publications solution through the entire Intelligent Product Lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines deep domain expertise in Service Engineering and Technical Publications with strong technical acumen, customer focus, and a passion for applying AI technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
