Job Summary:

As a Senior Technical Services Analyst on the Data Migration team within Professional Services, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex data migration projects for Enterprise, State, Federal, and Multi-Agency customers implementing the First Due platform. But this is not a role where you simply run queries and check boxes. You are a data expert and a systems thinker: someone who can sit across from a fire chief, understand how their agency has structured 20 years of operational data, and translate that into a migration plan that not only moves records cleanly but positions the customer to succeed in the new system from day one.

You will work directly with customers, implementation teams, Data Operations, Product, and Engineering to define data requirements, design migration strategies, execute complex transformations, and validate deployed data.
