Are you passionate about digital and want to make a real difference to how customers access services?

We’re looking for a Digital Systems Analyst to help us develop, improve and shape PA Housing’s digital self-service products.

This is a varied role where you’ll bring together digital, technology and customer experience. You’ll help manage the full product lifecycle, from developing the vision and roadmap through to testing, implementation and performance analysis, making sure our digital services meet both business and customer needs.

You’ll work closely with our customers, colleagues, developers and digital partners to understand what’s working, identify opportunities to improve and turn feedback and data into better digital experiences. You’ll also lead our Digital Working Group, giving customers a real opportunity to help shape the services they use.
