Salary: Level 4, SOA, $99,674 - $111,044 pa plus 12% Super

Join the Service Development Team and play a key role in supporting the planning and optimisation of the Transperth Bus Network, Regional Town Bus and School Bus Services. This position offers the opportunity to use data-driven insights to influence service improvements and help deliver efficient, reliable and customer-focused public transport outcomes for communities across Western Australia.

As a Service Development Data Analyst, you will analyse and interpret data from a range of information systems, develop reports and visualisations, and provide insights that support network reviews and strategic decision-making. You will utilise patronage, operational and service performance data to identify trends, evaluate public transport service outcomes, and inform the planning and optimisation of public transport services. Working closely with planners, stakeholders and technical specialists, you will respond to business-critical data requests, ensure the accuracy of operational information, and identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, processes and systems.
