About the role

SABRE MEDICAL PTY LTD is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced IT Associate – Systems Analyst to join our team in Lane Cove West. This is a full-time position responsible for analysing business and operational requirements, evaluating existing ICT systems and workflows, and assisting with the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of our business systems. The successful candidate will work closely with users, management and external system vendors to identify business requirements, recommend system improvements and coordinate ICT changes from analysis and design through testing, implementation and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Gathering, analysing and documenting ICT and business system requirements in consultation with users and management. • Analysing existing business processes, system workflows and procedures to identify issues, inefficiencies and opportunities for system improvement. • Evaluating existing ICT systems and recommending modifications, additional functionality or system improvements to meet operational requirements. • Planning and coordinating system changes from requirements analysis and functional design through testing, implementation and post-implementation support. • Preparing system and functional specifications covering workflows, data requirements, user permissions, controls, business rules and reporting requirements. • Developing and maintaining process diagrams, system…
