IT Applications Manager - 12 Month FTC ?? London | 3 days onsite ?? 12-Month FTC ?? £96,000 per annum We're looking for an experienced IT Applications Manager to take ownership of the delivery, support and operational management of a portfolio of business-critical applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with engineers, architects, product teams, business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure applications are delivered effectively, remain secure and resilient, and continue to meet business needs. What You'll Be Doing Lead the day-to-day delivery and operational management of critical business applications. Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business priorities and backlogs into deliverable technical solutions. Lead Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning, estimation, dependency management and release planning. Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, business analysts, testers and suppliers. Manage application support, ensuring incidents, problems and defects are investigated and resolved effectively. Oversee application monitoring, availability, performance, patching, upgrades and maintenance. Lead vulnerability remediation and ensure technical and security risks are addressed within agreed timescales.
