IT Manager

Salary: From $110,000 + Super

We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology function and help support a geographically dispersed workforce across offices, project sites and field operations throughout Australia.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our technology roadmap while remaining actively involved in operational delivery, cybersecurity, Microsoft platforms, vendor management and user support.

About the Role

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead Ecosure's IT function and be responsible for ensuring our technology environment is secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering Ecosure's IT strategy and roadmap • Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint environments • Leading cybersecurity initiatives, risk management and incident response activities • Managing IT vendors, software licensing, contracts and technology budgets • Driving service delivery improvements and user experience outcomes • Leading technology projects and digital transformation initiatives • Supporting information…
