In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous improvement, with a special focus on strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response) • Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps • Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning • Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility • Share structured feedback that improves future task design

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or…
