About The Role & Team

The Agent Analytics team builds the systems that help customers understand and improve their AI agents. We turn agent traces, conversations, and evaluation results into useful insights, and connect that activity with the broader product experience. Our backend services and data infrastructure make this information reliable, easy to explore, and fast to query.

As a Software Engineer I on the Agent Analytics team, you'll help build the foundation of a growing AI analytics product. You'll start with well-scoped backend and data pipeline features, pair with experienced engineers, and take on more ownership as you grow.
