Test Engineer - Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Test & Evaluation (T&E) Operations Analyst to support the planning, execution, and documentation of tactical Electronic Warfare (EW) system testing for the AN/SLQ 32(V)6 and (V)7 variants across multiple Navy ship platforms and land based test facilities. This role involves hands on participation in at sea and pierside test events, coordination with engineering teams and government stakeholders, and detailed analysis and reporting of system performance during operational scenarios.

Clearance

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience testing and evaluating tactical EW systems, preferably within the AN/SLQ‑32 family. • Prior Navy experience (active duty, civilian, or contractor) involving shipboard operations, EW systems, or Combat Systems. • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practical T&E methodologies. • Experience with at‑sea testing, data collection, and operational scenario execution. • Ability to work in dynamic shipboard environments for extended periods (2–4 weeks at a time). • Strong written communication skills, especially in documenting test outcomes,…
