Задачи • Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, automation, digital solutions, and AI adoption across Finance operations • Lead business analysis activities for transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and implementation support • Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges, challenge assumptions, and develop solutions that deliver measurable value • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Compliance, Controls, developers, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery • Support end-to-end process transformation projects, redesign ways of working, and improve operational performance across Finance processes • Analyze process and operational data to identify opportunities, build business cases, and support data-driven decision-making • Manage multiple initiatives and priorities, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, and resource considerations • Drive stakeholder adoption of new solutions while ensuring compliance with Finance controls, audit requirements, and governance standards
