Business Intelligence & Visualisation Lead

Contract: 12-month maternity cover Location: London / Hybrid Working - 1/2x a month in office Salary: Up to £60,000 + benefits

I'm currently representing a leading UK organisation that is looking for a Business Intelligence & Visualisation Lead to join its Data & Analytics function on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a hands-on BI role where you'll take ownership of the organisation's reporting and visualisation capability, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, user-friendly insights that support business decision-making.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports • Building and supporting self-service analytics capabilities • Writing strong DAX and SQL to develop reporting, views and semantic layers • Working with Azure Databricks to support BI and reporting workloads • Maintaining and stabilising existing analytical assets • Ensuring data quality, accuracy and consistency across reporting • Working within an Agile / sprint-based environment, managing your own workload against a prioritised roadmap • Working closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective reporting solutions • Presenting insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Supporting data governance, GDPR compliance and documentation standards • Exploring opportunities to embed AI-assisted analytics into…
