About the Role:

• The Smart Building Data Analyst is the quality gate for building system data entering our management platform. When a project team or contractor submits points for a completed installation, you are the person who confirms that what was delivered matches what shows up in the system, correctly named, correctly placed, and reporting values that make sense. • The role is broader than intake review alone. Once points are live, you help keep them trustworthy by watching for data that goes stale or drifts out of range, tracking down the cause when something looks wrong, helping colleagues locate the data they need, and opening work orders when an issue points back to equipment or an integration problem. This is a desk-based, detail-driven seat on a small team, and it is a strong entry point into smart buildings technology for someone early in their career.

Where This Role Sits:

• You will join the Energy Smart Buildings (ESB) team, which includes two senior integrators, a Technical Manager, and a program manager. You report to the Technical Manager and work alongside the senior integrators, who own the platform-side integration work and are your escalation path for anything that needs to change at the controls layer. • ESB sits directly downstream of the Facility System…
