Junior Business Analyst Taunton, Somerset | Permanent | Hybrid - 2/3 days per week on-site | £30,000-£45,000 per annum Our client are seeking to onboard a Junior Business Analyst into their team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements, working closely with both stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery. Experience required: Holds or is committed to achieving a Business Analysis International Diploma or possesses equivalent experience/qualifications. Has a solid understanding of relational databases and is capable of interpreting, creating, and updating SQL. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and support techniques through research, training, certifications, or conferences to apply current industry best practices. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective documentation and stakeholder engagement.
