Summary:

Every application on ZipRecruiter comes out of two things: what we know about a job seeker, and the flow they go through to apply. The profile holds that knowledge: resume, work history, skills, preferences, and the trade-offs that matter in their job search. The apply flow turns interest in a job into an application an employer can act on. Together they decide how many job seekers who find a job they like go on to apply, and how well each application represents the person behind it.

You will own Product for both. That means deciding what we ask job seekers and when, how we build and keep an accurate picture of each person, and how we get from a job click to a completed, high-quality application with as little effort from the user as possible.
