Product Manager

The Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of products, including Optional Life and Critical Illness. Working in close collaboration with teams such as Customer Experience, Finance, Data and Operations, the Product Manager will implement new strategies to enhance the existing portfolio and support the implementation of new offerings. Reporting directly to the Product Director of Optional Benefits, your role is critical in managing a key portfolio in the Group Benefits space.

Position Responsibilities:

• Product Launch: Participate and support the development and launch of new product features and services, as well as act as enhancements to existing offerings • Special Projects: Lead cross-functional core teams in product development initiatives, ensuring that projects are implemented according to plan and that any issues are resolved promptly and effectively • Market Research: Evaluate industry trends and market research to help influence major product development decisions • Relationship Management: Support relationships with external vendors, and key business partners, while ensuring needs are aligned to business objectives • Product Governance: Maintain documentation to support operational execution, risk assessment and product management • Influencing and Communications: Assist and participate in presentations to various stakeholders and audiences as necessary • Product Excellence: Serve as a subject matter expert on portfolio…
