Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the cost planning of a product portfolio and alignment of strategy of the product with Segment leaders and operational teams. The role requires the ability to develop roadmaps on new and existing products that align with the company’s strategic, operational, and financial objectives.

General Responsibilities • Oversees the development of actionable product roadmaps by integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders in our business objectives & product strategy. • Oversees product positioning in the marketplace, including rationalizing pricing strategy based on market conditions. • Develop product strategy and optimize product portfolio, providing planning and project prioritization • Contributes to the pricing strategy through the product life cycle • Owns the balanced scorecard for their product line and drives the development and execution of the roadmap to improvement • Addresses operational issues associated with quality, delivery and production. • Anticipating and communicating issues, recommending corrective action, and taking independent remedial actions and reporting outcomes
